Ataway Tokyo is hiring an experienced and seasoned Peoplesoft
HCM consultant to work on a global HCM implementation and transition project.
業務内容：
• 社内調整 (Internal adjustment)
• 顧客折衝 (Negotiate with clients)
• 要件定義 (Requirement definition)
• 進捗管理 (Progress management)
• コスト管理 (Cost control)
• リスク管理 (Risk management)
必須経験
• Peoplesoft HCM導入業務コンサルタント経験（人事・給与・勤怠）
• プロジェクトライフサイクルの深い知識と経験
• インターナショナルな環境でのプロジェクトの経験
• コミュニケーション能力が高い方歓迎
Requirements
• About 10 years of proven consulting or project management experience for HCM implementation or transition projects.
• Successful track record of full cycle project management
• In-depth knowledge of entire ERP Project Life Cycle
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Time and Labor)
• Strong communicator, diplomatic negotiator
• Strong leadership and willing to contribute hands-on
• Bilingual and Bicultural (Preferable)
• Persistent and willing to go the extra mile
